It is the reason our heaters perform — and it is not a product we sell, license, or grant access to. CFD + FEA integration

WinHeat® establishes the thermal and hydraulic baseline; CFD refines flow, mixing, and temperature uniformity inside the firebox and convection banks, while FEA validates mechanical response, expansion, and critical component stresses. Together they close the loop between predicted performance and field-proven reliability.

Engineering heritage

WinHeat® was originally written by Jack E. Hardie of Conroe, Texas — a mechanical engineer who designed hundreds of waste heat boilers and fired heaters over more than 45 years. A lifetime ASME member, his work embodied rigorous thermal practice and practical field knowledge.

WinHeat® is now owned by Esteem Projects and remains central to how we design, rate, and deliver every heater in our portfolio.

We don't sell the engine. We sell what it builds.
