Chemplast EDC: throughput +20% and efficiency +10% at the same time. BPCL DHDS: duty lifted from 12 to 16 MMKcal/hr. Those are engineering judgment calls, made before steel was ordered.
IOCL DCU rebuilt inside the 35-day outage. HMEL HGU transfer line delivered inside 10 days — early. BPCL Mahul convection modules: one day per module, stack left standing.
