Esteem serves the hydrocarbon, petrochemical, and chemical industries with fired heater EPC, process furnaces, reformers, modular delivery, and revamp work. The company is built around the idea that heater performance is decided by engineering judgment as much as by fabrication quality.
Engineering authority: Our process design and thermal engineering teams are supported by the in-house WinHeat® thermal rating code, alongside CFD and FEA capability. This gives us deeper analytical visibility than a conventional build-to-print supplier.
Integrated delivery: We provide complete lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) packages. From process design and detailed engineering to fabrication, erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, Esteem can operate as a single point of accountability.

Our engineering HQ in Noida houses 70 process, thermal, mechanical, and structural engineers. Manufacturing capacity is anchored at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh (75 m × 30 m fabrication shop with ASME U + S Stamps, IBR, EOT cranes, and in-house refractory, painting, and NDT) and Indrad, Gujarat (2,600 m² shop). International references in Egypt (TCI, with Born Heaters Canada) and Thailand (IRPC HGU Reformer, with Linde). Esteem Projects LLC is registered in Delaware, USA.
